1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use QuranClass if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Registration and User Accounts

To access our classes, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: Students must provide at least 4 hours notice prior to the start of a scheduled class to cancel or reschedule without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice will be charged at the full rate of the class.
• Teacher Cancellations: If a teacher cancels a class, a makeup session will be scheduled at no additional cost to the student.

4. Code of Conduct

QuranClass is an educational platform dedicated to Islamic studies. We expect all users to adhere to a strict code of conduct:

• Modesty: Students and teachers are expected to observe modest attire and behavior during video sessions.
• Respect: Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior towards teachers or staff will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Payments and Refunds

Classes are prepaid. We offer a satisfaction guarantee for the first month of service. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund for unused classes within 14 days of purchase.

6. Technical Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and suitable device (laptop/tablet) for classes. QuranClass is not responsible for classes missed due to student technical issues.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a notice on our website.
